Pool/Recreation Director Hired Soon

City Manager Michelle Amberg says two finalists for Toledo Pool/Recreation director were interviewed Monday and are now undergoing background checks. She hopes to make an offer to one of them either Friday or Tuesday and have the new employee on staff by October 1. The new hire will replace Donna Fawver, who resigned as Pool Manager in July, and take on some duties now carried by Library Director Peter Rayment.
