Toledo Hires New Pool Manager

Joe Andrews of La Grande, Oregon has been hired as the new Recreation/Aquatics Manager for the City of Toledo. He was offered and accepted the job September 3 and is expected to start work here by October 4. Andrews is 24. He was the Site Co-Ordinator at the Veterans Memorial Pool in La Grande, where he oversaw all swimming lessons and the mechanical aspects of the pool.
