Pig Feathers BBQ Gets High Praise From Fodor’s
The 2011 edition of Fodor’s Travel Guide, which guides travelers to the premier restaurants, attractions and hotels across the country, has singled out Toledo’s Pig Feathers BBQ as “the best barbecue in the Pacific Northwest.” The guide further said the restaurant’s sauces and rubs were so delicious they were “known to make a grown man cry.” Owners Stu and Becky Miller said they are very proud that Fodor’s has singled out Pig Feathers with its review, which is already bringing many tourists into Toledo. “Toledo is a warm and vibrant small town and we love living here,” they said. “It is exciting that our restaurant is helping to expose so many more people to the wonderful changes that are underway all over town.”
